Radek is an advisor to strategic clients and a project leader.
He ran projects for the largest clients in Poland and internationally as a data solution architect, also on behalf of Microsoft Poland.
He has been a speaker at the most important industry conferences, such as SQL Day or Microsoft Technology Summit and co-created the organization known today as Data Community.

Head of Operations
Piotr is an experienced business strategist with various professional experience, which enables him to identify need of every department of the organization.
He fully understands and feels the Information Technology sector due to many years of experience in the role of consultant, head of marketing and entrepreneur for the global market.
At Elitmind Piotr is responsible for preparing the company for the rapid and continuous growth end international expansion. Piotr is the advocate of sustainable and smooth organization development, achieved with optimization of all ongoing processes.
As a Head of Operations, he takes care of the simultaneous development of employees by adjusting development paths and consolidating roles and responsibilities in all departments, and builds an ecosystem of tools supporting effective work and communication.
Head of People and Culture
Kinga is an expert and strategic advisor in the area of HR. She has many years of experience in introducing changes in Polish and international organizations. She is an experienced coach.
At Elitmind, she is responsible for the entire HR area, including, shaping organizational culture, developing systems and management processes, such as career paths, employee development, performance management, incentive system, recruitment, and Employer Branding.
She is a strong advocate of developing organizations based on values. Building a workplace that gives the opportunity to achieve goals consistent with the aspirations and specialization as well as deriving satisfaction from work and cooperation in the conditions of dynamic company development.
Head of Delivery
Maciej has been involved in the implementation of analytical projects for many years, which allowed companies to build a competitive advantage based on data. A proponent of building an organizational culture based on data, who believes that data is a valuable asset to any business.
He worked at Microsoft, PGE Systems, and in several companies from the widely understood software development and BI (Business Intelligence) industry.
He performed many roles, starting from a data warehouse architect, where he co-created a corporate DWH. Ending up in managerial positions, where he managed teams dealing with the implementation and maintenance of data warehouses.
Recently, he has been building the foundations for the digitization of business processes, including the deployment of several pilot projects based on AI. Father of two sons, a sci-fi and fantasy fan, who loves to experiment in the kitchen and occasionally run or play squash.
