Take responsibility for the services currently provided by Elitmind
Develop of Managed Services offer and introducing it to the market
Building functional structures of Managed Services in Elitmind
Create standards and requirements for transferring the solution to the service
Create standards for IT Service Management processes, Service Level Agreement parameters.
Ensure ongoing architectural integrity of the service throughout it's lifecycle
Ensure that all IT Service Management processes, Service Level Agreements and Underpinning Contracts are appropriate for the agreed service level targets
Organize and facilitate communication channel between customers and service team
Own and expand the knowledge by updating and publishing Knowledge base
4 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager
Strong knowledge of ITIL disciplines (eg. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management)
Strong stakeholder management on different organization level
Understanding of the service application support, modern IT Infrastructure such as SaaS, Cloud (Azure/AWS)
Self-driven and proactive approach
Great leadership and management skills
Good understanding of the Customer’s business and how IT contributes to the delivery of service
Strong attention to detail is a must
Focus on cooperation
Good communication skills
English at a minimum level B2 (mainly projects for foreign clients)
Ability to work remotely
