Monitoring of customer services, monitoring the queue of requests and processing requests
Development and management of the implementation of services and data access security rules in the company (based on MS Azure and M365 services)
Automation of administration processes and monitoring of Elitmind's internal needs
Implementation of the Modern Cloud Workplace strategy using Microsoft services (Windows 365, Power Platform, MS Azure)
Proposing, needs analysis, designing, testing and implementing new services from the full Microsoft portfolio Implementing best practices, creating and maintaining security rules at the level of internal services and mobile devices
Automation of internal processes (appointing services, authorization management
Implementation and technical support for projects carried out by COO and the manager of internal projects
Development of educational materials for internal needs
Diagnosing and solving technical problems in the area of MS Azure / W365 and internal applications • Direct support for workstation users (advanced users and IT specialists)
Managing Active Directory permissions and building comprehensive security policies based on best practices

Nice to have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting Windows users. Windows Server based environments and business applications
Minimum basic experience in MS Azure administration and willingness to get to know them thoroughly
Experience in configuring and supporting users of Microsoft 365 services on workstations and mobile devices.
Min basic experience in managing cloud infrastructure • Experience and skills in the field of IT infrastructure automation
Min. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology: (Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams)
