Project Delivery Area:

Business Development:

  • HR processes and practices. Implement, advocate, drive and communicate people management policies and practices: OKR, performance management, ono-to-one’s, training&development, talent management, promotions, compensation & reward,
  • Team building. Create and maintain motivating and fun atmosphere - planning and organizing team building activities
  • Relationships. Develop and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with Team Leaders and Team Members;
  • Projects. Develop, drive and implement the People&Culture initiatives and projects within such area as: Employer Branding, recruitment, development, etc.
  • Consulting. Provide sound advice on all HR issues such as reward, talent&development, performance, change, culture and leadership. Carrying out data analysis, using data to solve problems and provide service.

Professional experience: 

Soft skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience as HR Business Partner: generalist, specialist, in client-facing roles – consultant/advisor
  • Experience in IT/tech industry would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in at least few of the following areas: recruitment, Employer Branding, performance management, compensation and benefits, training & development, engagement, talent management
  • Experience in managing HR projects
  • Being familiar with top HR practices and trends
  • Good English
  • Self-managed, highly organized and goal-oriented
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good networking abilities
  • Proactive approach and focus on cooperation
  • Good understanding of business needs,
  • Excellent analytical skills and wide approach to problem-solving
  • Constantly looking to improve and innovate

Professional experience:
